What we collect
Olamee collects only what's needed to operate the platform — account details (name, work email), the people operations data your team chooses to store with us (candidates, employees, contracts), and product telemetry that helps us catch bugs and improve the experience.
- Account & identity data (name, email, role, company)
- Employee & candidate records you upload
- Hiring activity, integrations connected, and product usage analytics
- Billing details (if applicable) and support correspondence
How we use it
We use your data to run the platform, keep your account secure, and improve Olamee. We never sell personal data. We don't share it with advertisers. We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics.
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete any data you've stored with us, at any time, from your workspace settings — or by writing to privacy@olamee.com. Requests are processed within 30 days, per GDPR.
International transfers
Data is stored in EU / US regions of your choice. Cross-border transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards in non-EU jurisdictions.
